MINIMUM ORDERS: Effective July 1, 2001 - One pound coffee per order minimum. Standard UPS ground shipping charges will be added to all coffee orders unless other request is specified. SHIPPING RATES: As of July 1, 2001 at cost shipping will be applied to all orders. STANDARD DELIVERY: Unless you specify otherwise, orders shipped within the continental USA are sent via UPS ground service. UPS takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver depending on the distance from Los Gatos, CA. RUSH ORDERS: If you need your package to get there quickly, UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS 3-Day Select are available. Please select your preference on the tab provided at the bottom of the order form to determine the rate. SHIPPING to ALASKA and HAWAII: We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS 2nd-Day Air.
