Colombian Supremo coffee is one of the most consistently good coffees of the world. The finest grade is called "Supremo" the top grade which includes bold to extra-large beans. Like the best Costa Rian or Hawaiian Kona coffees, Colombian is a classic in perfect harmony. aromatic, full-bodied, with excellent acidity, with a slight winey note and a sweet caramel taste. Fully roasted up to a Dark French Roast the coffee has a delicious bitter-sweet taste like a high-quality dark chocolate.
